ECity · Xiamen International Innovation Center Project (phase I) plot 2 and (phase III) plot 5. The 2-1# building, 2-2# building and 5-3# building of the project are prefabricated buildings. Among them, the 2-1 building has 21 floors above the ground, the building height is 87.65 meters, the standard floor height is 4 meters, the prefabricated building area is 55435 square meters, and prefabricated components are used from the 3rd to the 21st floor. The upper part of building 2-2# has 10 floors, the building height of 52.65 meters, standard floor height is 5 meters, prefabricated building area is 29565 square meters, 2nd to 10th floors are made of prefabricated components. The upper part of Building 5-3# has 3 floors, the building height is 15 meters, the standard floor height is 5 meters, the prefabricated building area is 3198.68 square meters, and the prefabricated components are used in the second, third and roof floors.

The prefabricated components used in this project include prefabricated composite slabs, prefabricated composite secondary beams and prefabricated stairs, with a prefabrication rate of 15.6%.
